Better Business Bureau Serving the Pacific Southwest (BBB) has named Metti International as a finalist for the 2022 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics. The program raises awareness in marketplace ethics and honors businesses that operate with integrity.

“We’re greatly honored to be nominated for the BBB Torch Awards for Ethics. At Metti International, we take pride in our commitment to excellence at every level of business operations,” says Micheal Metti, CEO and Owner of Metti International.

Metti International is a trusted and reliable car shipping broker with an A+ rating and great customer reviews. We provide a safe, timely and satisfactory shipping experience for our customers. Our car shipping services cover domestic and international vehicle transport to fully assist our customers during relocation and moving their vehicles successfully. Metti International stands out for excellence embodied by every Metti International employee. It has earned us the BBB Finalist Torch Awards for Ethics four times a row.

“The opportunity humbles me that the BBB has given me to be part of their unique organization to promote and enhance marketplace trust between customers and businesses to build a better world. I’m even more grateful to the entire Metti International employees. They believed in our core values and vision and worked together to achieve this award. Together, we’ve made a positive and impactful change in the automotive industry and will continue to uphold our business ethics,” says Michael Metti.

BBB Torch Awards for Ethics is one of the highest honors BBB bestows upon a company, and is designed to highlight outstanding ethical businesses. Finalists are selected by an independent panel of volunteer community leaders based on criteria established by the International Association of Better Business Bureaus.

All finalists completed an evaluation where they demonstrated their commitment to ethics and trust in four categories: Character, Culture, Customers and Community. Finalists have illustrated the character of their organization’s leadership, how an authentic culture is being fostered, how the company prioritizes its relationship with customers, and the impact the organization is making in their community.

“Honesty builds trust, which is a vital aspect in the success of a business. For 23 years, BBB has been recognizing outstanding companies in San Diego for their solid commitment to doing things the right way,” said Shelley Bradley, Director of Signature Events for BBB Serving the Pacific Southwest.

“This esteemed award recognizes business leaders who demonstrate a superior level of character and ensure their organization’s practices meet the highest ethical standards, thereby generating trust.”

Winners will be announced at the in-person signature event on September 7, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla. For a complete list of this year’s BBB Torch Awards for Ethics Finalists visit torchawards.bbbcommunity.org

The easiest way to ship an inoperable vehicle is to let us know when requesting a vehicle transport quote. There will be an additional charge, plus loading and unloading charges to your quote, if we are not informed of the vehicle’s condition prior to quoting.

Auto carriers are not licensed to carry house goods or personal items, these goods and items are not covered by the carriers insurance. Any damage to your vehicle due to household goods shifting or breaking is also not covered. Personal belongings left in the vehicle, are shipped strictly at the owners risk. Carriers will not inventory any belongings left in the vehicle and will assume no responsibility.

At the time of pick up, a condition report is filled out and signed by both the person turning the car over and the truck driver and you are given a copy.

Upon delivery of your vehicle, this same report is presented. You should compare the condition of the vehicle to the report thoroughly at that time. Metti International offers door-to-door auto transport service where possible. However, there are instances that we cannot collect/deliver directly to the door due to the size of our auto carrier’s trucks. The size of your street may prohibit direct delivery to your door. Also, some towns and cities do not allow trucks on their residential streets. If the carrier cannot get to your door, he will deliver your vehicle to the next most convenient accessible location, such as the nearest major crossing street, a shopping mall or supermarket.
